IEEE and RAS Policy
In keeping with the IEEE Policy Against Discrimination and Harassment (PDF) and the IEEE RAS Code of Conduct, the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS), is committed to providing safe, productive, and welcoming environments to all members, conference participants, staff members, vendors, and volunteers at all of its events and activities.

Health Statement
In order to provide a safe, productive and welcoming environment that does not discriminate against those who, for any reason including but not limited to disability or caregiver status, wish to protect themselves from contagious illnesses, the ERAS Conference Steering Committee commits to:
- Providing a virtual option for all participants
- Encouraging in person participants to contribute virtually should they become ill during the conference
- Supporting in person participants who choose to mask
- Monitoring indoor air quality
Disability Accommodations
Caregiver Support
Individuals with disabilities who need caregivers for support while they are attending the conference may request a free caregiver pass enabling the caregiver to accompany them to any events and activities the disabled individual is eligible to attend. A caregiver pass does not include a meal at the conference banquet.
Rest Facilities
There will be a designated quiet area with seating.
